Committee representatives present were Chairman -s and Director Kelly. Director Zahlsr was absent. Also present was Diractor Fry, Bepresqntatives of Improvement District No. 2 wqre Carroll Kelly, Jack Lyman, Daniel Tiegand and Xrs. Walter Schuyler. Ingineer Clayton and Attorneys Dennis and Swirsky were also present, Imp. Dist.
