Unit 8-2, he said, has been started last week and that the going was rough due to rock. Ee noted that Unit B is 2* to 3 weeks behind sch&ule since they hit rock right at the start and that the @in? is still rough. Committee representatives present were Chairman -s and Director Kelly. Director Zahlsr was absent. Also present was Diractor Fry, Bepresqntatives of Improvement District No. 2 wqre Carroll Kelly, Jack Lyman, Daniel Tiegand and Xrs. Walter Schuyler. Ingineer Clayton and Attorneys Dennis and Swirsky were also present, Imp. Dist. The representatives of the proposed Improvemnnt District Bo, 2 re- No, 2 cornended a sli&tly revised system %stbat& to cast @620,000 which voted upon. Also for future determination would be the exact area to be coverod, In view of the fact that changes in the area are anticipated, it was racommer,dnd to the kter Problems !ommitt& that an informal hearing be advqrtised scheduled for the time of the regular June meeting.
