APPLICATION NO. 17348 TO THE; STATE WATER FCtGHTS BOARD.
The meeting was called to order by President Fry.
Also present were Attorney Paul Swirsky and Executive Secretary A. Stephens Lowrie
Directors Present : EWBLD, FRY, KELLY, ROGERS Absent : NOME.
I A letter from the State Water Rights Board under date of July 12, 1967 was read. It
advised that protests against C%XDrs application No. 17348 must be answered on or beforc July 23, 1957.
Attorney Swirsky suhnitted a draft of an answer to the State Water Rights Board request: an extension of time for answering protests and suggesting that if given a period of
ninety days, it migkt be possible to reach an agreement with the protestants which wuk
result in withdrawal of protests thereby saving the costs of a hearing, The letter was
approved for mailing on motion of Director Rogers, seconded by Director Kelly, The Secl
tary was instructed to send copies to each of the protestants as well.
President Fry declared the meeting adjourned at 4:15 P.M.
