Gn motion of Director Ewald, secol by Director Rogers, it w2s agreed to cover the water flow alarm system in the Dit trict office on the basis of estirited valuation of $17,000 for all risk with $5 deductible clau.se at an mbal rate of $0.4.0 per $XI0 (anma1 premium $bS.OO) ax turn over the remaining recommendations to the Finance Committee for study and TI they recommenda5ion. 3. Sm Diego Cou-nty Water Authority: Tabulations 2-U+-58 -- Report on annexations. Director IZogers reported that if considered a nexations materialize it will mean a difference of entitlement for CN3 of only 64 a( feet per year due to the present low assessed vahation of lands to be a-mexed. Re I also that the price of vatw to the Authority vi11 be raised to $15.00 on July 1, 1Pi with special r2tes during the winter months. A d-iscussion followed re water storage with Director Ewald pointing out that within four or five years CWD will be needing add-itional storage. 4. He suggested that in the interest of saving time and money (estirated 20$ on getting supplies that the District authoyize Eoyle Englneering to order the supplie to be furzzished the contraetor and .that these therefore would not be inculded as put of th.e contractors' bids. Re stated that the Title Insurance Company had been asked t provide title reports and that these should be ready within ten days. Eo difficulty, he said, is anticipated. The leak ha< Seen dye to a monor crack ne the base of the reservoir. He said it had been fullg repaired and t reservoir is being filled again. Ee added that the meter in t'ne Calavera Vault has been installed but is not yet in full adjustnent. He reported that the Autocon repr sentatives will be here tomorrow and bg Ivbnday or Tuesday everything Calavera should be in operation. The ?.T. eC T.
