In regard to the audit for the Beadquarters Project, tbe Yanager reported that t%e FTFA have reviewed Yr. Gaiser rs proposal and have no objection to the kou-rly rate
but feel that tL.e maximEm fee of ii375.00 is pore tixe t%sn can be anticipated for
t5.e audit. Ee informed the Board that he had talked with Vr. Craiser and he wov.ld
like to go over the sample auZit and perhaps adjust his fee.

for this road easement. E'rs. ?lawson agreed to share the costs for clearing up

Sewerage 'The Vanager informed the Qoard that Director Yaerkle during his attendan

In regarrj; to the Es-trict's progran with Buena, the Ymager reported that the Buex?_a
Senitation Xstrict is meetj-ng this week witl.. the City of Cmlsbad in regard to
getting into the Joint Powers Agreement, but t'le District has not been imited to
any of -i-,hese meetings. The Board instructed the Engineer to contact- the 'City and
see if the meeting is open and to attend on behalf of the District.
