The meeting was called to order at 2:OO P.M. by President Kelly with Directors Coe,
Greek, and Phillips azswer?r?? roll ca.11. Director ?,!aerkle was absent. Also present
were Acting Yagager Kubota, Legal Counsel Grosse, and Office Secretary.
Perscnnel: A geneml study session was held in regard to We personnel matter
involving t“e GeEeral Superintendent, Yac Carnohan. Details of the eve&
that led to the actlon were presexted and discussed in detail among the 3oard member
