President Yelly called the meeting to order at 2:OO P.??., with Directors Coe,
Greek and Phillips answering 1-011 call. Also present were Acting 3kns.ger Kubota,
Engineer Ford, Legal Counsel Grosse, and Office Secretary.

has beer, soxe delay in obtaining the prelimlnary title reports

The Engineer presented a revised alignment and cost estirrate for t'ne relocation

relocntion and, at t'pe .Sta.te's request, the plan now under consideration was

Drag Strip the contents of a. copy of a letter fornerd-ed to Yr. John Slater,
of action for supplyim water to e-e pro?ertg. 1% was T+. Ronnls suggestion
that tlze Suena Colorado Yvnicipal 'kter District take tke necessary steps to
remove this property from t3eir district gcd tl-at t're Carlsbad 3unicipal &ter
District annex the property to their Xstrict for service. The matter of
arriving at a formla for establishing an annexation fee for tlnese properties

upon notion by Director Phillips, secoEded by Director Coe, and unaimously

$748.25 be paid.
