Grosse reported 'ne had had several interesting coxversations with the City

the City is questioning %'.e District's right to charge the higher override for
water wed within I. D. Bo. 3, but tbet vnder th.e Water Code, the District does
have this riqht and there doesn't appear to be axy legal pyoblem involved. The
?!anayer informed the Board that a letter was forwanled to the City after the last
Roa,rd meeting settin,.; forth the District's offer to yurchase the neter for this
comection on a reirhrsable basis u.po~ notification from the City as to th.e
