Also present were General ?.llanager Vood, Legal Counsel Grossef and Office Secretary. Approval Upon motion of Director Phillips, seconded by Director Carnichael, Of ?Enirtes and unanimously carried, it was moved that the rninutes of the regular I meeting of Piu,gust 17, 1965, be approved as mailed out by the Secretary. A-btorney 7s %port : Lido Land Legal Counsel reported that after the last meeting he had discussed Action the Batter of t%e easement with oEe of the Attorneys and he indicated to them. They indi- cated, however, that there is a possibilitr that ultimate development of this industrial tract may be sufficient to qualify for 8 wholesale connection under the District Is Ordinance. Anrtual hdit Director Coe reported Ynstt he has checked with ?eat, Naxwick, Nitchell! 196556 and Company regm5ing auditing services for this fdscal year and they wou.ld like to allow a 10% leexzay because of the possi'lility of more detail in connection. with the La Costa BT:.eloper&. Copies of the audit report for the fiscal year L%&65 were presented to Board menibers for their revlew and discussion Et the next regular meeting.
