Also present were General Pimager Wood, Legal Counsel Grosse and Office Secretary. Approval Upon motion of Erector Coe, seconded by Director Carmichael, and of Einutes unanimously caxxied, the minutes of the regular neeting of September 21, 1965, were 2-pproved as mailed out by the Secretary, Attorney's Report: Lido Land Legal Counsel reported that negotiations are continuing on the Lido Land Action condemnation suit settlezent and he is meeting with their Attorneys next week and should come back with the completed docments. Leqal Counsel called the Bozrd's attertion to some recent decisi0n.s handed down by the Su.preme Court concerning enchroachnent by cities on water agencies and the auto- matic merger doctrine. The Nmager was instructed to notify Bueno of this decision before their regularly schedv.led Board meeting this evening. 7- Chestnut Avenue The Emager presented for the Board's review correspondence from Realigment the County 3oad Departxeat and preliminary study maps and plans it was decided that the plans should be forwarded to District Engineer M. Ford for his review znd report 8.t the next meeting. Tne fhager was instrmted to notify the County Road Department Ynat their zre conflicts with the District's facilities and t'ne project will require coordkation between the two agencies at an early date.
