Septernber 13, 2966 instead of September 6, 1566. Legal Govnsel advise6 that the
1nzri-ta.tion to Bid was pu315shed correctly in the local papers, end there was no
basis for eny action. Eggineer Yord reported that 10 bid forms went out, of which
7 bids came in, The District will do its own inspection,
