The meeting was called to order 2-t 3:21 P.M., by Fres3deil-t Maerkle with Erectors
Coe, Cmlchael, Kelly and PaLqer amwering roll call. Also present were General
f4anager rifood, Legal Counsel Grosse, ad Office Secretary.
I At 3:23 P.M., Direc-tcr Carmichael requested that Vle Board szdjown to an Zxecutive
Session, and it was duly seconded by Director Kelly.
Executive At 4:32 P.?!., upon Eotion of Cirector Palmer, seconded by Director
Session Kelly, tb.e Bosrd conclccled their Executive Session and reconvened
into regul,~ session. Upon proper motion the meeting was declared
adjovrned at 4233 P.li!.
