DECLARATION OF SERVICE BY MAIL

I am a citizen of the United States, over eighteen (18)
years of age, resident and employed in the County of San Diego,
State of California, in which county the within-mentioned mail-
ing occurred, and not a party to the subject cause or proceed-
ing. My business address is 2965 Roosevelt Street, Carlsbad,
California. I served the NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING of June 18,
1976, of which a true and correct copy of the document filed in
the proceeding is affixed, by placing a copy thereof in a
separate envelope for each addressee named in Exhibit "A", at-
tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, addressed

to each such addressee respectively at the address shown in Ex-
hibit "A".

on fully prepaid deposited in the United States mail by me at
Carlsbad, California on June 18, 1976. There is a delivery ser-
