The meeting was called to order at 10:05 A.M. by President MacLeod with Direcl Bonas , Engelmann , Kelly, Maerkle and MacLeod answering roll call . A1 so preser were General Manager Meadows, District Engineer Kubota and Executive SecretarJ Skip Schmidt, Judy Burzell and Gary Baum (a1 1 of Madison-Marcus) and Uti1 i tie: and Maintenance Director Roger Greer of the City of Carlsbad also attended.

Secretary for inclusion in the official Minutes Register, a Notice of Adjournrr Posting of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Costa Real MuniciF
Water District of June 18, 1980, to June 27, '1980, at 1O:OO A.M. He stated th
the Notice was posted on the District bulletin board within twenty-four hours
after the time of adjournment of the regular meeting of June 18, 1980.
Executive Session: Upon motion of Director Maerkl e, second€
by Director Kelly and unanimously Carrie an executive session was called at 10:07 A.M. for potential litigation.
Upon motion of Director Maerkle, seconded by Director Engelmann and unanimousl,
carried, it was moved that the Board return to regular session. The Board returned to regular session at '11:22 A.M. with all Board members present.
Ad j ournrnent : The meeting was adjourned at 11 :24 A.M.
