HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-12-19; Municipal Water District; MinutesMINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, HELD ON DECEMBER 19, 1983, AT 2:OO P.M., AT 5950 EL CAMINO REAL, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA 92008:
The meeting was called to order at 2:OO P.M. by President Almack with Direct0 Bonas , MacLeod, Kelly, Maerkle and Almack answering roll call. A1 so present were General Manager Meadows, Controller Brammell , Legal Counsel Swirsky, Dis Engineer Kubota and Executive Secretary. Roger Greer (2:03), Wilda Simpson a Ruth Honnold also attended. I Notice of Adjournment: Legal Counsel Swirsky presented to the Executive Secretary for inclusion in th official Minutes Register, a Notice of Adjournment of the adjourned meeting c the Board of Directors of Costa Real Municipal Water District from December 7 1983, to December 19, 1983, at 2:00 p.m., along with a Declaration of Postins signed by Florence M. Woodward. He stated that this is a regularly constitut meeting and anything can be brought before it.
Commi ttee Reports :
Budget: Informational Item The General Manager advised that this v Revised Budget, 1983-84 listed on the agenda as information on to cover transmittal of the revised bul to the Board so the Directors will have time to review it.
Personnel : Closed Session Director Maerkle made a motion at 2:05 to go into closed session , seconded by rector MacLeod and unanimously carried
Legal Counsel Swirsky advised that upon motion of Director Maerkle, seconded Director Bonas and unanimously carried, the Board went out of closed session
and returned to regular session at 4:lO p.m. with all Board members present.

Legal Counsel Swirsky reminded those p that the Board meeting on December 21, 1983, will begin at 3:OO p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:12 p.m. the next regular meeting on December 2 1983.
