MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, HELD ON JULY 27, 1988, AT
2:OO P.M. AT 5950 EL CAMINO REAL, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
The meeting was called to order at 2:04 p.m. by President Bonas with Directors Haasl, Henley, Maerkle and Woodward present. Also in attendance were General Manager/District Engineer Greaney, Legal Counsel Moser, Superintendent Musser, Administrative Manager Poole, Public Information Officer Renyer and Executive Secretary Woodward. Steve Deering, Patti Heissenberger and Kathryn Horton also attended.

rector Woodward made a motion to build a round prestressed 10
million gallon tank on ,the A-2 site, hold to the 490 foot
elevation and disguise the tank with landscaping, seconded by Director Haasl. After further discussion the motion was rescinded

and a new motion made by Director Woodward, seconded by Director Haasl, approving the A-2 site and authorizing Mr. Greaney to negotiate a design contract with Luke-Dudek. The motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 3:30.
