Notice is hereby given that a special meeting has been
called by President Bonas, of the Board of Directors of COSTA
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT on August 16, 1988. The special
meeting, called for the purpose of approving a resolution to
adopt property tax rates for the improvement districts, is
scheduled for August 19, 1988, at 8:OO a.m. in the boardroom,
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, 5950 El Camino Real,
Carlsbad, California.

DECLARATION OF POSTING
I, the undersigned, say:
Th.at I am a citizen of the United States, over
eighteen (18) years of age, and a resident of the County of San
Diego, State of California, in which the within-mentioned posting
occurred, and not a party to the subject cause of proceedings.
I posted a copy of the attached NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING on the bulletin board of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT, at 5950 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California, on
August 17, 1988, and within twenty-four hours of the meeting
being called by President Bonas, of the Board of Directors of
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, for August 19, 1988.
I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the
foregoing is true and correct.
