SPECIAL MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: January 11, 2011

PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 8.34 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by Vice President Kulchin, the Minutes of the following meeting were approved as
presented:
Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting held December 14, 2010.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Vice President Kulchin, the Board affirmed the
action of the Consent Calendar, Item # 9 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
Board waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and Resolutions at this Meeting.
9. AB #727 - NOTICE OF COMPLETION.
Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1411. accepting the construction of the
Maerkle Pump Station as complete; and, directing the Secretary to record a
Notice of Completion, Project No. 5009-B.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of January 11, 2011 was adjourned at 8.36 p.m.
