MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT

DATE OF MEETING: May 10, 2011
TIME OF MEETING: 3:45 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Hall Conference Room 3, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy Secretary, as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9.
To hold a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case.
The Board reconvened at 5:45 p.m. with five members present. President Hall announced that
the Board instructed General Counsel and staff on the matter.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of February 8, 2011, was adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
