PLACE OF MEETING: City Hall Conference Room 3, 1200 Carlsbad Village
Drive, Carlsbad, California
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: Board Member Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9.
To hold a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case.
The Board reconvened at 5:37 p.m. with four members present. President Hall announced
that the Board received the information.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 26, 2011 was adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
