SPECIAL MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: June 28, 2011.
TIME OF MEETING: 6:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad, CA 92008
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 6:54 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn and Douglas.
Absent: Packard.
PUBLIC HEARING:
10. AB #737 - REPORT ON WATER QUALITY.
Water Superintendent Steven Plyler gave the staff report and presented the Power
Point presentation, on file in the office of the City Clerk.
President Hall opened the duly noticed public hearing at 6:58 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, President Hall closed the Public Hearing at 6:58 p.m.
ACTION: On a motion by Board Member Kulchin, Board adopted
RESOLUTION NO. 1423. approving the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District Report on Water Quality Relative to Public
Health Goals.
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn and Douglas.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Packard.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of June 28, 2011 was adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
