Immediately following the conclusion of the Special
Meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
Planning Conference Room, Faraday Administration
Center, 1635 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the meeting to order at 12:58 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Senior Deputy Secretary, as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 To hold a closed session to consider
initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to subdivision (c).
The Board reconvened at 1:18 p.m. with five members present. President Hall announced
that the Board directed General Counsel and staff on the matter.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of August 16, 2011 was adjourned at 1:20 p.m.
