MEETING OF: CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD

DATE OF MEETING: August 23, 2011
TIME OF MEETING: 3:30 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Hall Conference Room 3, 1200 Carlsbad Village
Drive, Carlsbad, California
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy Secretary, as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Board adjourned into Closed Session at 3:30 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 To hold a closed session to consider
initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to subdivision (c).
The Board reconvened at 3:58 p.m. with five members present. President Hall announced
that the Board received the information presented.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of August 23, 2011 was adjourned at 4:01 p.m.
