(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 27, 2011.
TIME OF MEETING: 6:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad, CA 92008
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
DEPARTMENTAL AND EXECUTIVE MANAGER REPORT:
1. AB #740 - APPOINTMENT TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
ACTION: On a motion by President Hall, Board adopted
RESOLUTION NO. 1427. appointing Keith Lewinger to
represent the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as a
member of the San Diego County Water Authority Board of
Directors.
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of September 27, 2011 was adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
