CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeflng to order at 9:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by Vice President Kulchin, the Board unanimously approved the following minutes:

CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a moflon by Vice President Kulchin, the Board affirmed the action of
the Consent Calendar, Item #15 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading of the text of all Resoluflons at this Meeting.
15. AB #745 - AUTHORIZE GRANT APPLICATION.
Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1434. authorizing a grant applicaflon to the California
Center for Sustainable Energy for the submission of a Self-Generation Incenflve
Program (SGIP) for a Hydroelectric Pressure Reducing Station at Maerkle Reservoir,
Project. No. 5025.
