SPECIAL MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT

PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad, CA 92008
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 6:12 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackbum, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Vice President Kulchin, the Board affirmed the action of
the Consent Calendar, Item #6 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading of the text of ail Resolutions at this Meeting.
6. AB #754 - ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1445. approving plans and specifications for
the Santa Fe II Reservoir Drainage Improvement Project; and, authorizing the
District Secretary to advertise for bids, Project No. 5031.

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 24, 2012 was adjoumed at 6:14 p.m.
