SPECIAL MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 25, 2012
TIME OF MEETING: 6:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad, CA 92008
CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Secretary as follows:
Present: Board Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Vice President Kulchin, the Board affirmed the action of
the Consent Calendar, Item #10 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading of the text of all Resolutions at this Meeting.
10. AB #755 - APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT.
Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1446. approving an agreement with Itron Co. for the
purchase of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) equipment.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of September 25, 2012 was adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
