CALL TO ORDER: President/Mayor Hall called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Senior Deputy Secretary/Senior Deputy Clerk, as follows:
Present; Board/Council Members Hall, Packard, Wood, Blackburn and Douglas.
Absent: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION;
Board/Council adjourned into closed session at 5:17 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b). To hold a closed session to discuss
anticipated litigation by the Leucadia Water District.
RECONVENE:
The Board/Council reconvened at 5:41 p.m. with five members present. President/Mayor Hall
announced that Board/Council met in closed session at 5:15 p.m. to discuss one item. The
Board/Council deliberated on what is in the best interests ofthe City and its citizens but took no final
action. Final action, when taken, will be reported out at a subsequent meeting.
ADJOURNMENT;
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of June 18, 2013 was adjourned at 5:43 p.m.
