CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant Secretary as follows:

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Members Hall, Packard, Wood and Blackburn.
None.
ACTION: On a motion by Vice President Packard, the Board affirmed the action of the
Consent Calendar, Item #11 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Packard, Wood and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT; None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading ofthe text of all resolutions at this Meeting.
11. AB #778 - DESIGNATE A CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT PROXY FOR THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY MEETINGS.
The Board adopted Resolution No. 1489, designating the City of Oceanside Board member
as proxy for the Carisbad Municipal Water District Board member for the San Diego County
Water Authority meetings.
