CALL TO ORDER: President Hall called the Meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant Secretary: Hall, Packard, Wood and Blackburn.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Vice President Packard, the Board affirmed the action ofthe
Consent Calendar, Item #11 as follows:
AYES: Hall, Packard, Wood and Blackburn.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading of the text of all resolutions at this Meeting.
11. AB #778 - DESIGNATE A CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT PROXY FOR THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY MEETINGS.
The Board adopted Resolution No. 1489, designating the City of Oceanside Board member
as proxy for the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board member for the San Diego County
Water Authority meetings.

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 11, 2014 was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
