CALL TO ORDER: 6:27 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Packard, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Vice President Packard, seconded by Board Member Blackburn to approve minutes,
motion carried 4-0, with Board Member Schumacher abstaining as he was not in attendance at
that meeting.
Minutes ofthe Joint Special Meeting held March 11, 2014.
CONSENT CALENDAR;
11. AB #781 Adopted Resolution Nos. 1491 and 1492, adopting the 2013 San Di^ego
Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, and to approve and authorize dedication of a
revenue source for the district's repayment ofthe California State Water Resources Control
Board Loan and Dedication of a Capital Reserve Fund for Phase 111 Recycled Water Project.
Motion by Vice President Packard, seconded by Board Member Blackburn to approve minutes,
motion carried 5-0.

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of June 17, 2014 was adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
