ROLL CALL: Hall, Packard, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
Motion by Vice President Packard and seconded by Board Member Blackburn to approve items
13-16, motion carried 5-0.
13. AB #784-Adopted Resolution No. 1496, accepting the contract for construction ofthe Ellery,
Elm, and Skyline Steel Water Tanks interior and exterior coatings and structural repairs,
Project No. 50241 as complete and directing the Secretary to record the Notice of Completion
and release bonds in accordance with state law and district ordinances.
14. AB #785 - Adopted Resolution No. 1497, approving the plans and specifications and
authorizing the Secretary to advertise for bids for the Recycled Water Phase 111 Pipeline
Expansion Segment 18, located on Palmer Way and Impala Drive, Project No. 5208.
15. AB #786 - Adopted Resolution No. 1498, approving the plans and specifications and
authorizing the Secretary to advertise for bids for the Tri-Agencies Water Transmission
Pipeline, Reach 2) Phase 1, located on Pirgos Way, Project No. 5008.
16. AB #787 - Adopted Resolution No. 1499, approving Amendment No. 3 to extend the
professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers for one year ending on September
22, 2015 for engineering services on the Pressure Control Hydroelectric Facility at Maerkle
Reservoir, Project No. 5025.
