CALL TO ORDER: 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Packard, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Vice President/ Mayor Pro Tem Packard and seconded by Board/ Council Member
Blackburn to approve item 17, motion carried 5-0.
17. AB #21,720 - Adopted Resolution No. 2014-213 of the City Council, accepting the contract
for construction of the Park Drive Waterline Improvement and Northwest Quadrant Storm
Drain Program, Project Nos. 5030, 6608 and 6013 as complete and directing the City Clerk to
record the Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with state law and city
ordinances; and
Adopted Resolution No. 1500 ofthe Municipal Water District Board of Directors, accepting
the contract for construction of the Park Drive Waterline Improvement and Northwest
Quadrant Storm Drain Program, Project Nos. 5030, 6608 and 6013 as complete and directing
the Secretary to record the Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with state
law and district ordinances.
