CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Vice President Packard and seconded by Board Member Blackburn to approve item 9,
motion carried 5-0.
9. AB #789 - Adopted Resolution No. 1502, approving Amendment No. 5 to the Professional
Services Agreement with Brown and Caldwell for the Design ofthe Avenida Encinas Recycled
Water Line, Project No. 5027, in the amount of $67,830.
