Motion by Vice President Blackburn and seconded by Board Member Wood to approve item 11,
motion carried unanimously.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING;
This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
11. AB #800 - Approval of Resolution No. 1515, approving the plans and specifications and
authorizing the Secretary to the Board to advertise for bids for the Recycled Water Phase III
Pipeline Expansion Segment lA and 7 located within the Palomar Business Park, the Villas of
Calaveras Hill Home Owners Association and Hope Elementary School site, Project No. 5208.
