Motion by Vice President/Mayor Pro Tem/Vice Chair Blackburn, seconded by Board
Member/Council Member/Commission Member Wood to approve minutes, motion carried
unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR;
Motion by Vice President/Mayor Pro Tem/Vice Chair Blackburn, seconded by Board
Member/Council Member/Commission Member Wood to approve Item No. 9, motion carried
unanimously.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
9. AB #21,872 - Adopted Resolution Nos. 2015-050, 1519, and 68 amending Local
Conflict of Interest Codes and their designated positions and disclosure categories as
follows:
a. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Carisbad, California, amending the Local
Conflict of Interest Code of the City of Carisbad; and

b. A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District,
Carisbad, California, amending the Local Conflict of Interest Code of the Carisbad

c. A Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, amending the Local Conflict of Interest Code of the Community
Development Commission; and
d. A Resolution of the Public Financing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California,
amending the Local Conflict of Interest Code of the Carisbad Public Financing
Authority.
