Motion by Vice President Blackburn, seconded by Board Member Wood to approve minutes,
motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Vice President Blackburn and seconded by Board Member Wood to approve item 12,
motion carried unanimously.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
This is a motion to waive the readingof the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
12. AB #803-Adopted Resolution No. 1521, accepting bids and awarding the contract to Ferreira
Construction Company in the amount of $2,086,190 for Recycled Water Phase III Pipeline
Expansion Segments lA and 7, located within the Palomar Business Park, The Villas of
Calavera Hills Home Owners Association and Hope Elementary School site. Project No. 5208.
