motion carried unanimously.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING;
This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
16. AB #813 - Approval of Resolution No. 1530, accepting the construction of the La Costa
Recycled Water Pipeline, Project No. 5207, as complete and directing the secretary to record
a Notice of Completion and release of bonds in accordance with State law and city ordinances.
