Motion by Vice President Blackburn, seconded by Board Member Wood to approve minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.

PUBUC REPORT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Vice President Blackburn, seconded by Board Member Wood to approve items 12-14.
Motion carried unanimously.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
This is a motion to waive the readingof the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
9. AB #816 - Approval of Resolution No. 1532, accepting the contract for construction of the
Recycled Water Phase III Pipeline Expansion Segment No. 18, Project No. 5208, as complete;
and directing the Secretary to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance
with state law and city ordinances.
10. AB #817 - Approval of Resolution No. 1533, authorizing out-of-state travel for Carlsbad
Municipal Water District (CMWD) personnel to attend a guided tour and inspection of Hoover
Dam.

11. AB #818 - Approval of Resolution No. 1534, approving grant agreement for the Integrated
Regional Water Management Program related to Proposition 84, Implementation 2014
Drought Grant between the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) and Carlsbad
Municipal Water District (CMWD); and, to delegate routine funding administration of
Proposition 84 grant to CMWD staff.
