PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Vice President/Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn led the pledge.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Vice President/Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn, seconded by Board/Council Member Wood
to approve minutes. Motion carried unanimously.

Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting held November 17, 2015 (CMWD Board only).
PRESENTATIONS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR: None.
ORDINANCE FOR INTRODUCTION: None.
ORDINANCE FOR ADOPTION: None.
PUBLIC HEARING:
8. AB #22,157 — Approval of Resolution No. 1539, conducting a Majority Protest Public Hearing
to approve increases in water rates; and,
Approval of Resolution No. 2015-302, conducting a Majority Protest Public Hearing to approve
a new wastewater rate structure and increases in wastewater rates;
Executive Director/City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input, close the public
hearing and adopt Resolution No. 1539 and Resolution No. 2015-302.

Speaker in Support: Jack Kubota
ACTION: Motion by Vice President/Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn, seconded by Board/Council Member
Wood, to approve Resolution Nos. 1539 and 2015-302, motion carried unanimously.
