DEPARTMENTAL AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORTS:
1. AB #824 — Approval of Resolution No. 1540, recommending modifications to the State Water
Resources Control Board Drought Emergency Regulations to include credit for locally
developed supplies of water such as recycled water and desalinated seawater.
A PowerPoint presentation was provided by Meter Services Supervisor Mario Remillard and
Utilities Director Wendy Chambers (copy on file in the Office of the City Clerk).
ACTION: Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Blackburn, seconded by Council Member Wood, to approve
Resolution No. 1540, motion carried unanimously.
