Motion by Vice President Wood, seconded by Board Member Schumacher to approve the
minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Vice President Wood, seconded by Board Member Schumacher to approve Item No. 8.
Motion carried unanimously.
8. AB #828 — Approval of Resolution No. 1544, authorizing execution of the Letter of Agreement
with the San Diego County Water Authority to replace a portion of the Tri-Agencies Water
Transmission Pipeline and authorizing execution of the related Right of Entry Permit, Project
No. 5008.
