ACTION: Motion by Vice President Wood, seconded by Board Member Schumacher, to approve
Consent Calendar Item No. 16. Motion carried unanimously, 5/0.
16. AB #830 — Approval of Resolution No. 1545 authorizing execution of the agreement with
the San Diego County Water Authority for design, construction, ownership, operation and
maintenance of the Carlsbad 6 Flow Control Facility.
