Minutes of the Special Meeting held June 14, 2016.
Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting held June 28, 2016.
Motion by Board Member Schumacher, seconded by Board Member Blackburn, to approve the
minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously, 4/0/1 (Hall —Absent).
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION:Motion by Board Member Schumacher,seconded by Board Member Blackburn,to
approve Consent Calendar Item No. 11. Motion carried 4/0/1 (Hall —Absent).
11. RECYCLED WATER PHASE III PIPELINE EXPANSION SEGMENT NO. 1A & 7 (PROJECT NO. 52081)
Approval of Resolution No. 1554 accepting the construction of the Recycled Water Phase III
Pipeline Expansion Segment No. 1A &7 as complete and directing the Secretary to record a
Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with state law and City ordinances.
