CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION:Motion by Mayor Pro Tem/Vice President K.Blackburn,seconded by Council/Board
Member M. Schumacher, to adopt City Council Resolution No. 2017-020 and Carlsbad Municipal
Water District Board Resolution No. 1558. Motion carried unanimously, 5/0.
13. AGREEMENT WITH HDR,INC.(PROJECT NOS.5543-2,5543-3,5543-1)—Adoption of
Resolution No.2017-020 of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, authorizing
execution of a Professional Services Agreement with HDR,Inc.for an amount not to exceed
$868,000 for the 2016 Potable Water, Recycled Water and Sewer Master Plan Updates, and
appropriation of additional funds,Project Nos.5543-2,5543-3,5543-1;and Adoption of
Resolution No. 1558 of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board
(CMWD), authorizing execution of a Professional Services Agreement with HDR,Inc.for an
amount not to exceed $868,000 for the 2016 Potable Water,Recycled Water and Sewer
Master Plan Updates,and appropriation of additional funds, Project Nos.5543-2,5543-3,
