15. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CREATIVE HOME DBA CHI CONSTRUCTION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE LA COSTA WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. 5035 -
Adoption of Resolution No. 1578 accepting bids and awarding a contract to Creative Home
DBA CHI Construction for the construction of the La Costa Water Main Replacement. (Staff
