APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 22, 2017.
Motion by Board Member Packard, seconded by Board Member M. Schumacher, to approve the
minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously, 4/0/1 (Hall -Absent).
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: Motion by Board Member Packard, seconded by Board Member M. Schumacher, to
approve Consent Calendar Item No. 6. Motion carried unanimously, 4/0/1 (Hall -Absent).
6. AWARD FOR CONTRACT FOR RECYCLED WATER PIPELINE EXPANSION SEGMENT 9 -Adoption
of Resolution No. 1585 accepting bids and awarding a contract to Burtech Pipeline
Incorporated for an amount not to exceed $1,155,808 for construction of the Recycled Water
Phase Ill Pipeline Expansion Segment 9, Project No. 5208-A. (Staff contact: Lindsay Leahy,
Public Works)
