City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING POTENTIAL LITIGATION
To discuss and consider initiation of litigation (one case), pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(d)(4).
