Chairman Simons called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Hansen, second by Commissioner Rudick
Stein, the Minutes of the Meeting held on September 21, 2015 were
approved

1. AB # 1015-1 COMMISSION SUMMARY REPORT – (ACTION) TO ACCEPT,
APPROVE AND FILE THE SEPTEMBER 21, 2015 PARKS & RECREATION
COMMISSION MEETING SUMMARY REPORT.
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Rudick Stein, second by Vice
Chairman Withall, AB # 1015-1 was approved

2. AB # 1015-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT (INFO)
Sue Spickard, Recreation Services Manager reported on completed Parks & Recreation
programs and events.
Kyle Lancaster, Parks Superintendent, reported on recently completed, ongoing and
upcoming Parks & Recreation projects.
Commissioners requested some clarification on items reported on by Kyle Lancaster and
Sue Spickard.

ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Ruddick Stein, second by Commissioner
Goyarts, the meeting was adjourned at 6:42 p.m. The next Special
Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Commission is scheduled for Friday,
December 4, 2015, Leo Carrillo Ranch, 5:30 p.m.
