ACTION: After nominations by the Commission, Commissioner Luna was elected

2. SR# 0418-2 TERRAMAR AREA COASTAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT UPDATE -
(INFO)
Public Works Department Associate Engineer Jonathan Schauble provided an
informational report on the Terramar Area Coastal Improvements Project.
Commissioners requested and received additional information on the Terramar Area
Coastal Improvements Project.
TOUR
• Pine Avenue Park Community Center. Park Services Manager Kyle Lancaster gave a
tour of the Pine Avenue Park Community Center, which was under construction.
• Pine Avenue Park Gardens. Kyle Lancaster gave a tour of the Pine Avenue Park
ornamental garden and community garden, which were under construction.
