1. SR# 0620-1 ADOPT PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING CALENDAR
Commissioners reviewed and adopted the calendar for the 2020-21 Fiscal Year.
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Simons and a second by Commissioner Alle-
mann, the calendar was approved.
AYES: Chair Luna, Vice Chair Martinez, Commissioners Simon, Thorp and Alle-
mann.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Livingston and Pearson
2. SR# 0620-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT
Recreation Services Manager Mike Pacheco and Parks Services Manager Tim Selke
and Parks & Recreation Director Kyle Lancaster reported on recently completed, ongo-
ing and upcoming Parks & Recreation Department programs, events, park projects and
budget revisions. Provided updates on the schedule for camps and pool openings and
closures.
Mr. Pacheco, Mr. Selke and Mr. Lancaster were available for clarifying questions from
the commission.
